Innovater Melius develops commercial properties to improve the entire areas and not only the individual properties. We adapt our projects to the local context with improvement in mind as well as a wish to establish better mixed-housing neighbourhoods. Collaborating closely with non-profit housing associations, we do our best to look at the projects as if we were building in “people’s back gardens”. Our main goal is to contribute positively and environmentally friendly.
