On 7 April, the Rema 1000 chain opened its 275th store in Denmark, at Skovvej in Ballerup. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was performed jointly by Mayor Jesper Würtzen and store manager Dan Madsen at 8:00 AM and witnessed by a large group of excited shoppers. Intergruppen Totalentreprise is both the owner and the builder of the project. As always, it was a race to get everything ready in time, but the new store was in perfect shape for the big opening.
