The Hørsholm town centre now has the long-desired magnet at the southern end of the pedestrian high street. Innovater and Adsbøl have completed the development at the corner of Rungstedvej and Kammerrådensvej in central Hørsholm, and the project has been handed over. The Netto discount store opened back in April, and the three-storey Fitness.dk centre is off to a fantastic start since opening in August. To top it off, the twelve attractive flats have now all been let, and the entire project has been handed over to the group of investors.
Unfortunately, a number of challenges during the construction phase delayed the opening of the fitness centre and inconvenienced the residents of the building and the nearest neighbours. As the developer of the project, that is of course our responsibility. Our in-house technical team made a massive effort to ensure everyone’s needs in the new building.
Designed by Dorte Mandrup Arkitekter, the sculptural L-shaped building covers a total of 5000 sq.m over three and a half storeys . The building has been nominated for the “Smukt og godt byggeri 2016” award given to outstanding urban development in Hørsholm.
