Strong base and network
Innovater specialises in property development projects. Since the beginning in 2008, Innovater has developed more than 220,000 square metres across Denmark. The business concept behind Innovater is not the hunt for a “lucky buy”, but rather a solid project development effort that has generated continuous profit since 2008 and strong capital resources.
Grocery retail chains have been anchor clients of Innovater since the outset. As these chains wanted more locations close to urban core areas, Innovater expanded its business to include the development of residential and urban regeneration projects. Innovater is currently working on a number of residential projects and also collaborating with the social housing sector.
